“THE MENU”

Our ice cream is playful and full of creativity, so you’ll find our menu ebbs and flows on the waves of our imagination and with the fruits and bounty of the season. But mixed in with the excitement of seasonal specials, we have a core range of flavours, which are available all year round.

Roasted Strawberry

Made with fresh strawberries picked at the peak of their season, then roasted with thyme, honey & Balsamic vinegar. Very likely to be the most intensely “strawberry” strawberry ice cream you’ve ever had!

Vanilla Basil

Infused with real vanilla and fresh basil leaves, this is our standard house vanilla. It is everything you know about vanilla ice cream with a beautiful floral highlight.

Made with Mauritian vanilla pods we selected by hand on our travels.

Lemon Curd

The ripples of fresh lemon curd through this ice cream offer a zesty contrast. This is always one of best sellers through the summer season!

Birthday Cake

Everything you could ever want in an ice cream – chunks of vanilla cake, sprinkles and jammy raspberry. This ice cream is happiness in a scoop!

Raffaello

A luxurious ice cream rippled with white chocolate, toasted coconut and roasted hazelnuts. 

Biscoff

If this is on the counter it will usually be the first to sell out! A caramel ice cream rippled with your favourite spiced biscuit spread. Can’t go wrong yumminess.

Chocolate Heaven

How much chocolate can you get in to one scoop?! Well…Our Chocolate Heaven is a deeply cocoa ice cream flecked with FOUR types of chocolate. So we’d say quite a lot!

We source cocoa responsibly from companies with strong anti-slavery and community enrichment values.

Mint Choc Chip

Our minty base is cold infused for 2 days with fresh mint leaves to catch every last bit of that minty goodness, then flecked with melt-in-the-mouth chocolate chips near the end of the churning process. 

Always made with ethically sourced chocolate.

Mango

It looks like sunshine. It tastes like sunshine. This month’s flavour is….mango! Sunshine on a cone! Scooping on all counters this month & available from this weekend in take home tubs from the deli 💛.

Speciality flavours

While we have our own “take” on each of the classic and nostalgic flavours we all know and love (think Mint Choc Chip, Raspberry Ripple and even Neapolitan), we also specialise in working with rum and have a wide range of flavours reflecting and celebrating our Caribbean heritage.
We are currently working with rum and spices that we have hand-selected in Barbados & St Lucia.
Caramelised Banana & Rum

For this juicy number, we pan fry bananas with brown sugar and lashings of dark rum, then blend all of that goodness in to a caramel base before adding (you guessed it!) another generous splash of rum!

Nutmeg

This is the “fluffy blanket” of ice creams – the cold infused nutmeg brings a delightful, spicy warmth that is so comforting and reminiscent of a good rice pudding. 

Made with whole Bajan nutmeg we selected by hand on our travels.

Sorrel Sorbet

Sorrel is a traditional Caribbean drink made from hibiscus flowers. With a deep, spiced goodness reminiscent of mulled wine. We brew our dried hibiscus flowers with bay, cinnamon, cloves & ginger.  It is floral and warm and tastes like Home.

Rum Chocolate Chip

If you didn’t know…rum and chocolate are an INCREDIBLE pairing. Discover that in a scoop of our rum choc chip ice cream, made with deep cocoa, plenty of dark rum & high quality, responsibly sourced chocolate.

Vanilla & Rum

The vanilla & rum both shine through in this team-effort flavour; warm notes of vanilla sit on top of the deep, spiced notes of dark rum. Creamy and delightful.

Toasted Peanut

The deep nutty aromas of this ice cream are brought out by deep roasting our peanuts, before lightly salting and spicing them, for a beautifully balanced flavour.

Hibiscus & Strawberry

We use late-season strawberries in this ice cream and match them with dried hibiscus flowers and a little spice, for delicious twist on the traditional.

“The judges really enjoyed the rich creamy texture of this gelato-style ice cream. The balsamic and thyme weren’t obvious, but they did enhance the strawberry flavour, creating a rich intensity which can be hard to achieve.”

“This lovely deep red ice cream has a smooth and creamy texture. The balsamic brings out the flavour and juiciness of the strawberries, so that it is not too sweet or artificial in any way. The honey provides a different softer sweetness.”
