FOUNDING FLAVOUR GURU & OUR CEO
If ice cream is our baby, then Dann is our mama.
An award-winning creative and lover of all things artisan, sweet and exquisite. She has big passion for creativity, community and joyous culinary experiences. Dann hones her skills and feeds her imagination all year round through training with other artisans in a broad range of food fields and extensive global travels where she connects with and learns from local growers and producers. Think coffee plantations in Costa Rica, cocoa farms in St Lucia, rum distilleries wherever she can find them and organic vanilla farms run by local women’s cooperatives in Mauritius. Dann loves ice cream with a capital L-O-V-E-S, and shows her deep commitment to it through her extensive eating of artisan ice cream all over the world…it’s a hard job, but someone’s got to do it!!
Favourite flavour: Most likely the last new thing I whipped up in The Lab!
Fun fact: I eat ice cream in EVERY weather! Coldest yet -3°c in Sweden 💙💛
