Our Story
CONNECTING COMMUNITY THROUGH DELICIOUSNESS.
The Sundae Service was born in the wake of the pandemic, in a little village of working farms in south Bedfordshire. Like so many of us, our founder Danielle had an overwhelming urge for more joy, more connection and more deliciousness. Fast forward four years, and The Sundae Service has been bringing Happy Days to ice cream eaters far and wide, through community and street food events, festivals and the sharing of scoops together at their special occasion.
Joy, creativity and community continue to characterise everything we do, from our close knit team, to the way we select our produce, to our home on Frank’s Farm nestled in a courtyard of food artisans, to the way we deliver flavours and experiences through every lick of our carefully hand-crafted ice creams.

Danielle Caprice, our head chef, is a talented, original and trailblazing creator and flavour Queen. Her creations have won us four Great Taste Awards and some wonderful praise: “well executed… innovative… incredibly authentic…indulgent” and “quickly devoured by the judges”!
